Conceptontwikkeling + identiteit

Concept development
+ identity

It’s essential that guests feel at home with you. We program and create hospitality concepts based on a specific mindset to connect both you as our client and your desired target group. Guest needs, relevant trends, and market developments in the hospitality sector are brought together into a conceptual framework. Inside this planned framework, you, as the entrepreneur, have the right tools to develop further your business and make it your own. Of course, we are also available to assist with a technical PVE, financial projection, or shaping the concept's identity.

Theater aan de Parade

Den Bosch

Theater on the Parade is undergoing a significant transformation. The old skin is shedding, and it is transforming into a cultural and entertainment beacon in the heart of Northern-Brabant. Horeca Development has drawn up an operational routing plan, including bar designs, guidelines for the guest’s journey, and process coaching. This is a great initiative and a substantial project within the ‘cultural hospitality’ space.
