To be able to enter into a valuable collaboration with Horeca Development, we find it important that as a team we see potential in the concept and as a result can enter into a sustainable and reliable relationship. When trust in the project is optimal and there is a special click between the Horeca Development team and the client, a collaboration in the form of a participation project can arise. We commit ourselves to this for an indefinite period of time.
Over time, Horeca Development has made efforts as a team for several projects in which a participation partnership has been established. We walk no fixed route for this, but a path that we discover ‘a long the way’.
The common denominator in these projects is hospitality and the motivation to be and remain of added value for the end-user. This can be expressed in the hospitality industry – for example, in a café, restaurant or bar – and at a strategic level at the interface of area development and the commercial programme.
